CMP Group Ltd, a leading manufacturer and distributor of marine products, announced that they have reached an agreement to acquire Grant Rope Inc. based in Trenton, ON, Canada. Grant Rope is a long-standing manufacturer of high-quality marine cordage and rope products. The deal closed on October 1st, 2021.
Grant Rope continues CMP’s strategy to grow its North American domestic manufacturing presence and strengthen its position in the recreational marine industry.
