T-5 — Compact and Easy to Install
Ideal for rigs with tight clearance or boaters who want a quick, simple installation.
The T-5 is designed for kicker motor steering on boats with limited transom space.
It mounts to the kicker’s tilt tube at a 90° angle—no drilling required in most setups. Only 4.5″ (12 cm) of space is needed between the main motor and kicker. The stainless steel cable spool provides smooth, reliable control, with the steering rod extending 13″ (33 cm) on the opposite side.
T-4 — Rugged and Traditional
For anglers who don’t compromise, the T-4 offers heavy-duty steering that stands up to every challenge.
The T-4 is built for anglers who need a heavy-duty kicker motor steering system and have room to work with.
It installs through the tilt tube on either side of the kicker motor, requiring a minimum of 9″ (23 cm) clearance between your main engine and the kicker. Depending on your setup, you may need up to 13–14″ (33–36 cm) on one side to accommodate the connecting rod. The rack-and-pinion gear bar delivers a solid, mechanical feel.
Model 101 — Compact and Versatile
Ideal for boaters with small boats, older rigs, or tight transom space who need a compact, reliable steering solution.
The Panther 101 is designed for boats without a tilt tube or with very limited space around the kicker motor.
It mounts forward of the kicker and steers via a link arm with a rack-and-pinion gear bar and side-mounted slide bar, delivering precise, responsive control. Its compact design and quick-disconnect rod make installation and operation simple, giving anglers a reliable steering solution even in tight transom layouts.
Tip: All three units can pair with a Panther Wireless Remote or TrollMaster Pro Angler for full throttle and steering control from anywhere on your rig. “NE” (No Electronics) versions are available if you already have these accessories.
